"Pictures are sent to Shutterfly for printing. My prints arrived on cheap paper and folded/damaged. Ordered maybe 5 prints sizes 8x10 and 2 11x14 for just over $30. Do not recommend using this service. "

"I don't usually write reviews, but this has me so angry. Additionally after reading others' reviews, I see that I am not alone in these experiences. I ordered 10 ornaments, spending over $150 on them. Most of them were "okay" but one of them was absolutely incorrect. These were photo ornaments and somehow, on one of them it has a white bar across it that says, "Document last saved: Just now". This was absolutely NOT on the preview when I ordered it. When I contacted them, I didn't anticipate having issues because it was clearly their mistake. However, I was wrong. At first, they were unresponsive. Then, when I got on the Live Chat, the person was dismissive and rude. When I finally got someone to respond by email, they claimed they could not see the white bar that I was referring to in the picture that I sent them of the flawed ornament. I sent them another picture with 6 red arrows pointing at it and zoomed way in. Finally, they responded and said the editor reviewed it and that's how it was submitted. Except--it was NOT. I ordered 10 of these! I checked every single one before ordering. Anyway, they then said they could ask the "supervisor" if there was a promo code or anything they could offer me and was told no. I am definitely NOT a person who feels the customer is ALWAYS right because I've been in retail before! However, when there is someone who is this unhappy, I guess the company is doing so well for themselves that they do not need to worry about retaining customers or receiving unfavorable reviews. I definitely do NOT recommend this company."

"While most prints I ordered were fine, there was one with terrible color quality. It was in no way the same as what I uploaded to be printed. When I contacted them, they insisted it was the same. I had sent them the comparison. They must be blind. Then eventually the lady offered me a refund. I accepted the refund, but I never got it. It's been weeks. When I tried to contact them again, they made me start all over as if I ever contacted them before. Weirdly enough, every single person has been a Kim with a different last name. They are cheap with discounts for a reason. I JUST wanted a refund to order something else. YIKES."

"We purchased a Wedding Picture for our son's wedding. We paid extra for 1 week delivery. When it did not come as scheduled, we went to their online chat to discuss when it would be delivered, we were told it had not shipped and they could not promise when it would ship and there was nothing they could do to remedy the situation. Totally unacceptable. When I told them I would pay extra for expedited shipping, again nothing they could do!!"

After3 weeks with no refund, I am still trying to dpeak with a person and get my money back. BUYER BEWARE. NOT THE DISNEY WE ARE ALL USE TO."

I have lost all my disney pictures now today was my last day with them. I am beyond heart broken! I will never trust this company and $50 down the drain that my 4 year old wont have to look back on. "This is the only service I found who could print the panoramic I have (12" x 94"). Other sites I looked into were limited and would crop the image to a third of the overall length. The print (photo/matte finish , no frame) and shipping were reasonably priced. And to add to the great deal, the site offered a 50% off coupon. Payment method was easy and hassle free. The least cost shipping was 9-12 business days but it arrived in ~5. The print itself was on kodak paper and was high quality. The image was crisp, clean and free of printing errors. I'm very satisfied with the outcome of the print and will most definitely do more business with this company again in the new future."
