"It’s not so much EZprints per say, they fulfilled my order quickly and shipped, but after 5 days of having arrived in my current city, the status still says transferring from UPS MAIL INNOVATIONS enroute to USPS. And hasn’t been updated for several days, so it’s really UPS-mi and the usps I have a huge issue with. It seems couriers are getting much worse, which leads me to think ordering from a local store to pick up my photos would be my best option for less hassle and less stress. I love the products I’ve received before from EZprints, but for some reason these two orders I’ve recently placed are just taking their sweet time with the carriers. I am only frustrated with this as these are family photos I had printed and I’m not fond of the fact that my photos are just floating around who knows where for the past few days "
