"I placed an order late at night, and eventually received an email with order details, and an 800 number to call with questions/issues. The next morning, less then 10 hours later, I called the number to modify the order, left a voicemail, emailed. No response.

Then I got the order shipped email, which again had the 800 number, and gave the appearance that they'd have customer service. Called and emailed again, still haven't heard back. They totally jacked up the most sentimental Christmas give I gave. LAME!"
