"The process was very simple and straightforward. The quality was better than expected. Only thing I would suggest is to mail them in a flat package, not rolled up, although the packaging was heavy duty and protected them from being wrinkled or creased. Note: I ordered 11x14 prints, so smaller pictures are probably sent flat. After laying them under some heavy books I got them to flatten and they were perfect. You won't be disappointed!"
