I called to check status, and the representative agreed that it had been far too long. She escalated the issue and upgraded my shipping to Overnight, at no expense to me. "The pictures came out great, however, the box they were shipped in was way too big and the empty space wasn't filled with paper or anything to keep the pictures from slamming into the top and bottom of the box so when I unpacked my photos, the tops, and bottoms of all 3 were crumpled. I pressed them out between t sheets of glass which helped but you can still see the wrinkles at the top and bottom."
