"They say the accept PayPal, however every time I try to use PayPal the shipping address never is correct. It changes to where I ship past orders. I was told there IT department would fix this and they still haven’t.

I never received my refund, and every time I call the customer service they say it is still processing.

In the past they have lost 50% of my orders. They give you a tracking number but it never updates because the package is lost at there facility.

I won’t be ordering from them any more. Snapfish is more money but less aggravation "
