"I ordered a 12 by 33" panoramic print with lustre finish. I was pleased with the way the print came out. It arrived USPS in a well packaged triangular box. It will be a challenge to mount because of the size and not wanting to lay flat from being shipped in a roll. Something to consider if you're a DIY'er like me: )"

"I just received a print from EZP and it was bent. I don't really think it was the fault of EZP, but I thought I'd just post this so you guys make sure future shipments are handled with care while in your hands. I imagine it was a bit of careless handling by the USPS. The flat photo mailers seem to be more vulnerable to damage than tubes, but I also imagine that tubes are a bit more expensive for you guys.

"The photos look great! When the box arrived, it was slightly bent and that's damaged the photos slightly. I'm hoping the dents won't show up once they're framed, but that's a huge bummer. Sturdier packaging would prevent this."

"I have purchased from you in the past. I always received my prints in a tube undamaged. This order was shipped in a flat cardboard envelope and every print is damaged. There is a crease about 1 inch from the edge. It seems the y were bent in transit. "
