"I ordered Fuller brush HEPA vacuum bags. Well I received the order. Timely number one. They weren't in the original Fuller brush box. They were in a plastic bag so I believe they are Not Fuller brush, there's no mention of Fuller brush anywhere on the bags. Number two. They are not HEPA. They are just regular vacuum bags. This is false advertising misrepresentation. The piece of paper that came with it says if for some reason the order needs to be returned please send unopened items. Well, how the heck are you supposed to know if they fit without opening them when they faults advertise. As it turns out they are a different size than the actual fuller brush ones, but now I open the bag"

"I ordered a part a week ago and still have not received any updates. Regardless of when you call, their representatives are always assisting other customers; yeah right. I sent several emails with no response. Totally unresponsive customer support."

"EZvacuum are scammers. My only regret was not writing a terrible review sooner, so that i could save everyone else the time and money to never purchase an item from this scam company.
We had to deal with terrible customer support, my family had ordered a vacuum part from this company and the vacuum part had still not come in after 4 months of waiting.
We then asked EZ vacuum where the package was and they basically had no idea, and did nothing to help us find the package or not even offering to send a new part.
We paid an absurd amount for shipping fee, and the service is super terrible. A couple months later, we asked for a refund but now they disappeared and ghosted us, after not receving the package for almost a year since purchase.
They are absolute scammers and should be avoided, if you like burning your money in a fire you should purchase an item from this company

"Ordered vac filter from EZVacuume, billed my card immediately and quickly shipped order but they sent the wrong filter then ordered.
They have a phone # but you will only get recording directing you to email, I used their online email correspondence page and notified them of the issue, they never responded, and the page does not give you a receipt that you ever sent a message. I then sent a message to the service contact email on their page from my own email and again no response. I then filed a formal complaint with PayPal, and they did their review and once again this company refused to respond to PayPal's attempts to contact them. In the end a month later PayPal refunded my purchase, and this company never made any attempt to respond. Order from this company at your own risk, if there is a problem with your order, they will not help you so use a third-party payment site like PayPal so you can at least recover your money if there is an issue."
"I ordered the Dyson DC07 All Floors/Low Reach/Animal Stretch Hose 904125-14, 904125-51, 904125-18 and got about 25 uses out of the hose before it tore and was sucking air. I put some tape on it thinking it was just a weak spot but the whole hose is crap and has two other tears in it. I contacted Exvacuum and they said it only had a 30 day guarantee on their part but would give me 15% off on my next purchase. Like I really want to buy another part from them that won't last."
"The motor died on my Dyson motor. I saw some of the bad ratings on this site, but took a chance and ordered it anyway. I found a coupon code online and got a discount on the order. They shipped it priority mail within 4 days, and sent me tracking emails every day. It was a perfect fit and my vacuum works like new. I noticed that the reviews for EZ Vacuum are either 1 or 5, so it appears they are hit or miss, but I am extremely satisfied."
