"This is not a reputable company. We have a 10+ year old Electrolux and ordered a new hose and attachment head back in April 2014. The new head arrives and fits but the hose was not correct and returned in on May 8th after they promised to send the correct one. It is now end of Nov and after several calls where I left messages and emails I was finally able to get someone to answer the phone who informed us the part is no longer available. When I asked why they had not tried to contact us or sent a refund he said they forgot and tried to tell me the order was too old to be corrected. I informed him taking money and not providing the product was fraud and he said would have a check to us by the end of the week. It has been 2 weeks and we have not received the refund and they don't answer the phone. Save your money and go somewhere else!"

"I ordered a filter for my Dyson vacuum DC-17. The picture on EZ-vacuum website was of a genuine Dyson filter. What they send me was a knock off filter that did not even fit properly into my Vacuum. I send an email to the customer service and asked to get a refund and a pre paid mail receipt. They answered they would refund me only when they would receive the product. I feel it is unfair I should pay for mailing it back since it was not my fault the product was incorrect.
My husband wind up ordering the genuine Dyson filter on Dyson website. It was one dollar cheaper then the knock off one on EZ-vacuum! I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING THERE!!!!!"
"This internet vendor has horrible customer service. They don't have any direct phone numbers to talk to anyone live. You can only email them. They take > 24 hours to get back to you.
