"I am 100% happy with EZ Vacuum. Ordered an Oreck brush for our vacuum - best price around. Arrived quickly - easy to install, EXACTLY what I wanted. Will definitely do business with EZ Vacuum again. We have several Oreck products. Also free shipping was great!!

"I bought Kirby parts and never got them!
They sent me USPS tracking number and I checked with USPS and they never got the shipment from EZvacuum.
Ezvacuum claimed they sent the parts although USPS said otherwise.
I asked for my money back and never got an answer or my money back.

"I was looking to replace the brush roll of my Eureka vacuum cleaner. I ended up on vacuum.com and I search for my model. A result come up pretty quickly and I ordered the part. It came to me after 3 days, but, with big disappointment, it did not fit my model! I wrote the support about it and I sent it back to them. After A MONTH, I wrote them to confirm they received it. They asked me for the tracking number, that, after a month, I could not find anymore. I told them they should have the original shipping slip (required in order to process the refund). Never heard from them since. Bottom line, POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT, buy at your own risk!"

"I am very disappointed in this company. I ordered a light bulb for my vacuum and my credit card was promptly charged. Three weeks in and several phone calls later, the guy says he can't get the light bulb (though he had already told me 2-3 times that it was about to be shipped to me). I call him 12/29 and he says he's busy and will call me later. When he calls he says, nobody has the light bulb, do you want me to credit your card. Thanks a lot a$$hole, I would have appreciated it if you wouldn't have charged my card until you knew you had the product to sell me!! Now 3 weeks later, and no light bulb. Do not buy from this company. I am going to make sure my review is seen everywhere on the internets."

"Review Update: Part arrived 14 days after the order was placed. Part was exact fit/match. That's good, but, the wait was ridiculous.

They need to get their act together if they are going to do business on the internet.

I could have bought it locally for less grief than this.

Original Review - Grade F - After 4 days, my order is still "Pending". In other words. It has not shipped. Apologies do not get me the part I need. I recommend that you shop elsewhere. Internet businesses can do better than this.

"Placed a order with EZVacuum.com and the order was still "in progress" for 3 weeks. Several emails sent to them to inquire for order status but no response. I have to go through Google checkout to get my money back. Will never order from them again."

"They ship fast if they ship the correct items. If not, they waste your time, money, and cause frustration:
-They shipped an incorrect vacuum replacement part, different from what I ordered
- It took two e-mails and a phone call to get a RMA from them for an exchange
- After sending the incorrect item back, on my own dime, it took them almost two weeks to re-send the correct item, after multiple e-mail reminders

Since this part is required for my vacuum to operate, the vacuum was out of commission for almost a month. This also ended up costing me more than other online retailers due to my return shipping costs (which they didn't compensate when requested). Finally, their poor communications makes the process painful.
