Waited 11 months!

"we waited 11 months for this tree given excuse after excuse and finally after 11 months we got it, set it and packed it back right up in the box. Spent 38$ to ship it back and now its been a month and still no word on our 150$ tree. I started emailing them April 7 2016 and they responded on time and showed concern and apologized many times for the delay. I have now emailed them about 10 times in the last month asking where my return is and no response. DO NOT order from them!! ugly trees and poor customer service. "

EZ-Tree right more like Easily took our money

"I am so disappointed right now - my husband and I decided to get a new tree this year and we have always been attracted to the visual effects of fiber optic trees - we came across this website EZ-Trees.com and were quite amazed at the fiber optic options they had - mind you though against our better judgement we normally do not order from any businesses who do not have a reputable account or if they are not part of the BBB however we could not seem to find another site or local business in our area who provided fiber optic trees most of the trees we came across we either LED lights or LED/Fiber Optic together but after exhausting searches we decided to go ahead and order the 7ft Fiber Optic Tree - well as with every other reviewer who has posted a concern/complaint against this company we also had our money taken immediately out of our account - we paid 229.00 for our tree - received an email confirmation of our order but did not provided a tracking number - the indication stated there was no tracking number available - to my demise this was not a good start - normally when you place orders an order is provided along with tracking information (even if the tracking is not available to be tracked since the package or merchandise has not been shipped but there would be a notification of that) - here is it 12/10/2016 and still no tree I have contacted their business on 2 separate occasions at the following number listed from their website ***-***-**** and on each instance I got an answer machine with a message stating all customer service representatives were busy and to please leave a message - each of those calls were made during normal business hours and you mean to tell me no one answers the phone and customers just go straight to a voice mail (very unlikely) - today my husband checked his email and we got a very unsatisfactory response pretty much to the say reply most of the other reviewers got on this page - our tree had to go through customs (which I honestly do not understand - this is just one of many red flags at this point) - then the email continued to state that our tree would be processed on Monday 12/12/2016 after it went through customs and then our tree would be shipped out Tuesday 12/13/2016 - then my husband stated they had a copy of my voice mail I left in the body of the email which was no where near what I expressed when I left the message - nonetheless - we will be filing a complaint with the BBB - if our tree does miraculously appear and there are no concerns after we receive it (again if we receive) - trying to be optimistic at this point - we will definitely keep you posted - but false hope is what I have - I can't rate this business because 0 stars is still not enough to express our concerns but since I had to pick a star 1 is still to much - very unsatisfied customer

This is just an update here it is 12/16/2016 - we still have not been able to get a hold of a live person at their customer service line - we always get all lines are busy leave a message - well I have left many of messages - we finally got an email response back stating they will refund our monies in 3-4 BS days - well today 12/16/2016 my husband received an email stating that our tree will be delivered by Monday 12/19/2016 and they would have a tracking number for us by today - well here again not tracking number and really Monday for this tree to be delivered - this defeats the whole purpose of us having the tree way before Christmas especially when we ordered almost 3 weeks ago - this is ridiculous - I have filed a complaint against this company with the BBB - and I made that very clear when I called them back today and left a message again on their voice mail - regardless of the outcome or how this takes - I will get our money back period - to all of you who may come across all these customer complaints with this company I pray you take heed and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Still waiting...really?

"Ok so we found a tree on the website eztree.com that we really liked so we ordered it.... way back on November 3 2016. Today is November 29th, a week later than our family would be putting our tree up, and we are still getting the runaround. I keep checking my order daily and it's always the same, no shipping info has been assigned. I have emailed several times and the emails are answered with excuses and false hope. So far I have been told that the trees are at the port authority in Virginia awaiting x-ray. This could take two days to a week. That was week one. Week two the response was department of Homeland Security wanted to keep the trees longer, but they will be released by the end of the week. Your shipping info should be assigned by Tuesday . Week three, department if homeland has still not released our trees, the longest they can hold them is Wednesday. We will start shipping them by 11/29. Uh huh sure. I'm so sick of excuses. They have had three weeks. My payment of 249.99 has already been deducted from my account, immediately actually. Now if only they would be as efficient in getting me my tree. If we do not have shipping info with a solid Tracking number by Thursday I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I will also be expecting a quick refund since we would like to be able to buy another tree from a reputable place before Christmas arrives. I'll keep you posted on what happens. I'm hoping I will get tracking info today and have a tree that my kids love by the weekend. As for now though I say do not order from here. If that changes I will reconsider my rating.

"We ordered a 7ft fiber optic Christmas tree from them on 12/09/2015. We received it 2 days later, After we set it up it was on for about two hours when it shut off completly. The transformer was very hot. We let it cool and tried it again but it would not work. i contacted the company on Friday Dec 11th via e-mail and the got back to me that night and said they would another power supply to us on Mon Dec 14th. i contacted them again on Dec 18th because I had not yet received the item and they e-mailed me back saying that the were sending out another power supply via USPS Priority. It is now Dec 25th and I have still not received anything. "

"the "guts" of the mp3 player opn our tree didnt work. Contacted company to replace. state they would. have been waiting almost 2 weeks for producy, and they are a border state to us.
Service phone wont allow messages to be left -
email service center wont take messages sent outlook.
I'm beginning to think this company is a fraud!!

"I bought a 6ft Fiber Christmas tree on Nov 15th and when i got the item it was damaged. So i decided to send it back for refund. I did not get any email or calls for 2 weeks. When I sent an email to the owner (Jennifer Kirk) she responded that she is too busy and does not have time to do refunds. I waited 'till after the holidays and try calling phone numbers on their website (www.ez-tree.com) both numbers were out of service. Whatever you do PLEASE DO NOT deal with these people. They are bunch of crooks and this lady "Jennnifer kirk" runs the biggest scam on internet. Her name should be "Jennifer Crook""
