"Ordered a mini-pc Sunday and had it Friday via USPS. I've only had it a few hours, but it seems to all be there and working. As far as Windows 10 licensing, I can't find a product key anywhere. Not sure how that works in Win 10. In Win 7 I had a disk with a product key on the envelope or box."
"E-ITX is willingly buying and distributing illegitimate Windows 10 Pro COAs containing Volume License MAKs. When asked about this practice, they only remind you of their return policy and admit they aren't able to provide proper replacement COAs. They are likely doing this to be more competitive with other Amazon resellers in the NUC market. Avoid this company at all costs. "

"I was a bit leery ordering from e-itx.com mainly because there didn't seem to be many reviews online (just 2 on reseller ratings at the time of ordering.) I called to check availability of the products I was interested in. The phone was answered promptly and stock was confirmed. Placed the order on the web and the next business day received a confirmation with tracking number. Also received invoice via email that same day and a separate shipping notification. I also received a notification of delivery. Items packed very well and arrived in great conditions. Overall a great experience. Haven't tested customer service for return or replacement though."
