"STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! Ordered printer 2/16/20 and they had proper address but shipped it elsewhere. Reordered on second order and it has never arrived. They claimed they delivered it but did not provide tracking number. They were to get back with me to provide information but never did. I had to dispute the purchase with my CC company and had it credited. Read other reviews and stay clear.

They offered me a "refurbished" version of the same printer at a very minimal discount, and was assured it was "like new" condition. Received a printer that had multiple cosmetic damages, I opened the unit and it was missing the inside Imagining & Toner units. I contracted consumer service and was told refurbished units do not come with imaging & toner units. Would have been nice for the sales rep to make that known upfront. "Ordered new HP 2035 didn't ship after 5 days sent a customer service inquiry, no response but got a notice printer had shipped, received a refurbished 2055 not a new 2035 and it had issues with paper drawer etc. did not bother trying to return due to 17.9% restocking charge and shipping costs made it not worth it. Then a week and a half later my credit card is used for a ton of fraudulent purchases. These people are thieves and I can't believe they are still getting away with this after all these complaints."

"Completed an order on the website for a printer I needed. Received an email confirmation / receipt. Got a call 4 days later saying they didn't realize they didn't have my item in stock but did have a used version they could send out (bait and switch) for a barley discounted price. I asked them to expedite the shipping so I could still receive the item in the timeline expected and they told me it would cost me $180 additional. I asked that since the issue was their fault if they would cover the shipping cost and was told its not in their interest to do so.
Horrible company, does not care for the customer at all and do not expect to get what you ordered let alone within a reasonable time frame. "
