"I placed an order for a replacement date disc. When it was received it had a defect on the disc under the number 5.
I requested a return and picked one up locally. Because it's defective the policy was to provide a return label which was a request ewatchparts evaded and never answered and beat around the bush.
Finally it was escalated and a case was decided in my favor and a refund was issued.
I left feedback for this seller about my poor experience but instead of taking the feedback they harass me through messages and leave false replies on my feedback.
They claim that I wanted free parts and a bad faith buyer. I have only from the beginning wanted to return the defective part for my refund but they won't refuse. Now they are gaslighting and backtracking.
I received the refund already but they can get the part back. I don't want or had an intention of trying to get it for free. They just need to cover the shipping to get the faulty part back."

Also the website doesn't allow you to log in nor respond to any.
It's a scam. I regret that I should have done more research before I buy from the site.
Do not buy.
The owner of the website should go to jail as he/she is scaming so many people.

I ordered 2 links for a Submariner 16610 stainless steel band for one of my neo-vintage Submariners....About 6 weeks later (a bit slow), I received the 2 links in the mail, having been posted from the States to Australia. Links were perfect, and the price was a fraction of what I would've paid, had I tried to find genuine 2nd hand Rolex 16610 links.
So I'd have no probs both recommending & using Ewatchparts again.

Turns out it doesnt fit at all and they are blaming it on the bracelet, while the end links are not even fitting the watch, while being unattached to any bracelet at all xD

For shipping back the item and accused me of using the wrong bracelet.

"I ordered a simple watchband. 9 days later it hadn't arrived. I contacted them, they said they'd send another one out as it must have gotten lost in shipment. The same day I received notice from USPS the package was "undeliverable as addressed." 13 Nov I received an email saying if the lost item was returned to them, I'd be contacted for a new shipping address. They took my money and I've not received what I paid for. Its been 13 days - for a $30-something dollar watchband, and they are waiting for whoever lost it to return it to them and see about my address - after they advised they'd send another one out. I don't recommend this company - in my case, they took my money, I didn't receive a shipment, was lied to about replacing it, and am still waiting. 13 days. Ripped off by these guys. "

After sending me shipping confirmation they emails to tell me they don't have the movement I ordered in gold and would be canceling my order. Customer service is bad.
