"This is a review of the seller - not the product that I purchased. This is a favorable review; no complaints. My credit card was charged the correct amount. E-mail confirmation of my order and periodic automated status updates were prompt. They even gave me my UPS tracking number without my having to ask them for it (bonus points, in my opinion, since many online retailers don't do this). My order processed the same day that I placed it, and it shipped the very next day. (Some places would try to charge you extra for this, and call it "expedited processing & handling"). I opted for the free shipping offer (on purchases of $50+). Despite a mid-week national holiday and a weekend, I received my package(in Minnesota) exactly 1 week from the day that I placed my order. Not bad for free shipping (and I'm not convinced that if I had payed for upgraded ground service, that it would have gotten here any faster). I opened the package and they sent me the correct item. It appears to be in "new in the box (NIB)" condition, as advertised. No damage is observed on cursory inspection, but I have not yet plugged it in to very proper operation of the device. From a customer service and competitive pricing perspective, I have no complaints, and I have no reason to not recommend E-World Direct! "
