"I BOUGHT A DIGITAL RECEIVER THAT NEVER WORKED; I am in france, everything was in french, I expected the product to work, after a very long wait for the delivery, I tried it and there was no sound. I could select france a a country, I had all the channels but no sound except for channel 3. The customer service as really crap. After many rude, arrogant emails lasting over a month, I finally got an address where to return, in China, but was told to pay the full return price and an extra tax. I was told to declare the minimum price so that they don't have to pay taxes. In the end I didn't return it as the cost was the same price as the receiver. I told them but they ofcouse don't give a damn and thats it. So I am stuck with a receiver that doesn't work, and I had to go and buy another one. I buy alot of things on internet, with many different websites, but this is by very far the worst site in every way. Once you have paid you are finished. I will never use them again,"

"Do not purchase from this website. I had purchased an item, a kids play kitchen I thought, which turned out to be a kitchen for Barbie at the cost of $40. I contacted them to return and refund the item. To sum it up they said I should have looked at the specs., which is true enough, but to my defense the item picture does not depict that it's for a barbie doll it's displayed just like the ad at Walmart for something similar, also the price is $40 dollars, who would spend that on a barbie kitchen (apparently me). At Walmart the full size play kitchen (for a 2 year old) is $30 (which i ended up getting). The resolution they suggested was to give me $8 credit and I keep the item I don't need bc postage is to expensive.

Also on their website it quotes "If you are not happy for any reason with your purchase, then just return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange.
Note: Please contact with our ClientService department before you send the Product back to avoid exchange, refund, or repair delays"

This business do not follow their own organizational policies. Just Beware."

"I ordered a dual lens car camera from EachBuyer and it arrived with a car charger that did not work. I used the indoor charger cable cord and it charged, but only to I bar, even after changing for 3 days it still would not fully charge, and the charge only lasted 30 minutes. I would have been ok if it would have at least been able to appear on with a light, but it is completely defective and useless to me. I contacted EachBuyer for help but all they afforded was a $12 refund?! THIS PRODUCT IS JUNK!! I requested they do more, but they cut off communication after that."

"Buyers beware. Each buyer is selling counterfeit products without telling that in their advertisements. I purchased two Sony SBH-80 headsets and I did receive them, but they are counterfeit (Fake). I have been trying to send those items back to the seller but they refuse to pay for return shipping claiming the item are authentic. I own the authentic headsets and I know that these ones are fake because they are different than the authentic ones, and because Sony would never sell products with a case that has the Sony logo printed in such crappy way, and with a case that is so badly printed.

Eachbuyer has a return policy that claims they will pay for shipping back when you receive the incorrect item, but they won't honor it for counterfeit goods.

This is my worse experience buying goods on the internet for more than a decade, and I buy a lot of stuff online. So I would stay away from this site if I were you.

This is how their incorrect items received policy reads, yet they won't honor it for sending you FAKE / Counterfeit items:

"I have ordered at least 6 times from Eachbuyer.com...and up until my last order I had no complaints. I have dealt with other sellers from China and other parts of Asia...and I know that orders take up to 6 weeks sometimes....but I didn't want to pay extra for the shipping and the prices were really good.. Now about my last order....I recieved everything I ordered but 2 or three of the items required batteries. There were no batteries supplied with the product and it clearly stated that "BATTERIES NOT INCLUDED", Okay....I probably have the batteries here or if not I can get them locally. HOWEVER....I guess with Eachbuyer.com...NO BATTERIES ALSO MEANS NO INSTRUCTIONS, and THE PACKAGE DOES NOT TELL ME THE BATTERY SIZE. I have emailed them many times...only to be told to SEARCH THE INTERNET MYSELF FOR THE INFORMATION.. I wrote back telling them that they need the information for future sales of the same item,,,but they don't seem to care. There are lots other similer sellers overseas. I will find another one who understands what CUSTOMER SERVICE means."
