"I broughttwo games from eachgame and only 1 of them worked for a week, i sent them emails which they replied within 24hrs and told me to send them back, which cost me a further £6.15. they emailed me back to say they recieved them, that was a few mths ago, now ive sent them 7 emails to ask where my games are as i have 2 little sons waiting for them and they are ignoring me. i would strongly advise people not to buy anything from eachgame."

"The service is good when I find one item damaged in the package. I have bought server controllers from the store. The package arrived after 15 days. I found one damaged and contacted the cs team.

They response quickly and refund to me for the item. Also they give me a coupon for 5% off for next purchase.

"DO NOT order from here. They are a terrible company who scams you. They only sell cheap knockoffs that half the time don't work and even the legit items they sell are bad, seemingly stock that was probably thrown away at the factory. They ship really slow, unless you pay outrageous shipping fees. Woe to you if you have problems with your order as they will not help you. If your order is lost in the mail you are up the creek as they will not send a replacement unless you BUY IT AGAIN! If your items arrive damaged, they won't send you a replacement, unless you either ship it back, which costs an arm and a leg as they expect you to use either UPS or DHL or FEDEX only and to have signature confirmation, which costs probably more than what you paid for the item you bought in the first place. On top of that if you do actually pay to return the item and tehy even acknowledge receiving the return, they still don't give you a refund! They'll promise to do it and you are stuck waiting and waiting and waiting, never to see your money refunded. And, good luck trying to ask for a refund for any other reason as they will simply not agree to any refunds. STAY AWAY!"

"I ordered two PS3 wireless remotes, they took weeks to get here and one didn't work at all and the other has a broken analog stick! Should have known when something is to good to be true IT IS!! I wrote to them the day after I got them and they want me to pay to send them back to be "REPAIRED"! No way I paid for two NEW controllers and that is what I want but I don't think they really care. "This site sells FAKES - KNOCKOFFS - I ordered 3 R4 cards, paid for the DHL (17.00), and got them in 4 days. They came with three cartridges, three labels, three boxes, and three packing inserts (it looked like a warehouse worker didn't feel like labeling the cartridge, folding up the box, and putting the cartridge in the insert to send to me. I went to the R4 site and the first thing I see is an ad showing how to ID a fake card: lack of a clear circular impression behind where the label goes. NOt one of these had that. My heart sank. After 3 days of fighting with the cards, trying every wayto get them to work in either my daughter's DSXL or her 3DS, inquiring w/ eachgame and getting idiotic explanations and absolutely NO acknowledgment to my questions about selling fake cards. They asked that I mail the cards back to them for replacement, which I did, in the cheapest parcel post I could get, as I didn't want to spend anymore money on it. I ended up filing a complaint w/ paypal, and i'm to the point where Pyapal has sided with me and have instructed that I send the cartridges back w/ a tracking # of some kind. So, basically I'm up the creek. I can't get paypal to respond to this as well. Happy box my hind end. "

I received the product broken in the box. I sent pictures of the broken product and e-mails at the seller and he never want to refund me or send me another one. He ask me to return the product to be refund. The product cost me 23$ and the return fees is 16,46$. After a lot of e-mails, I understood that I lost 23$. After getting in contact with them I had two options 1) pay to have the product returned (which was insanely expensive) or 2) pay 80% of the cost of new ones. I ordered a duo x3 xbox modchip with the DHL shipping and it was shipped out in less than 24 hours and arrived at my door (midwest USA) in 4 business days, all the way from China.
