Order entry was a breeze. Price was one of the best I could find on the web. Shipping time was excellent. However, All the above was marred by the packaging which was very poor. The unit arrived in a beat up box and appeared to have been bouncing around in the box with very little packing material around it - just a handfull of 'peanuts'. Also, and more important, the product which was listed a "New" on their web site was in an opened plastic container with absolutly no manufacturer information. Nothing was in the package to identify the product, no packing slip, no software or instructions. The cables were coiled up and secured with 'ty wraps', not the usual 'twisties'. This looked like a used product! Luckily the software drivers and an install manual were found on the manufactures web site and thankfully the product does work.

I would hesitate to recommend "saveateagle.com" as a place to shop unless you are willing to gamble that you will get what you paid for."
