My only complaint was the item seemed to have had some oil lubrication leaking & the eye cups were a silvery white color instead of black. Also, the rubber around the binocs felt spongy. I called their customer service & we talked about the problem. They are very willing for me to return them if I so desire. This doesn't affect the binoculars so to speak, I just don't like paying for a brand new item & having them look used. "
