When I inquired (via e-mail) about the availability of the Zeiss Conquest HD 8x32 binoculars (which were shown as being out-of-stock), I received a response within a few hours saying, yes, they are available, we just got them in this morning. That may not seem like much, but to actually get a friendly and informative e-mail response from an online retailer is relatively rare. Oh, and the binoculars were billed correctly, packaged and padded correctly, and shipped correctly. Nice job Eagle Optics. I don't buy binoculars very often, but you will probably almost always get my business when I do purchase new optics."
