"Do Not Buy From This Company! Unless you do not mind being ripped off. It is a front for black-market software. Yes the prices are low, but not as low as the owner of this company. If you have a problem with an order, the only solution will be to contact the Florida BBB, and econsumer.gov to fill out a Complaint Form."
"This is my first eagletronics.com buy but not my last. I ordered Norton GHOST 2003 and it arrived four days later. I thought I would post now in case I hose my OS doing a backup and restore. Yes I read the post on here and other review sites (but I also know there are usually two sides to a story)
but for less than $10.00 for a new (cd only) I didn't care but eagletronics.com didn't let me down. GHOST comes with the manuals on the cd but not the human expertise to use it correctly and if you get in a hurry doing a restore and lose all then what have you gained by buying GHOST in the first place? I'm just trying to make data recovery less painful.
I have no use for NSW Professional. Before I ordered from eagletronics.com I talked with them concerning GHOST 2003 via chat on their site and they answered my questions to my satisfaction about ordering.
Give them a try.
I did and look forward to buying from them again.

"Finally getting around to this review.
I've purchased the following from Eagletronics.com over the past year or so:
5 Norton System works pro’s
4 PowrQuest Partition Magic’s
4 Nero Ultra editions
4 Quicken Deluxe 2004
2 Corell WordPerfect Office 11’s
2 Corell Draw 9’s
4 TextBridge Pro 11’s
6 Pinnacle Studio 8’s
4 Lotus Smart Suite 9.8
1 Macromedia Dreamweaver
That's all I can think of.
I've always gotten exactly what I've wanted. I've never run into any catches or holes. Everything I've received from Eagletronics was, at worst, maybe a day late (at best a day early).
The only problems I've ever noticed are:
1. A disk arrived completely obliterated. I contacted Eagletronics.com and the promptly shipped another one which arrived in one piece.
How trivial, eh?
Ealetroniics always has good prices, and even when it doesn't, I don't mind paying an extra $10 for the Eagletronics sense of security. This company's got my number.

"I ordered Power Producer 2Gld.
Unfortunately the Key did not work.
I e-mailed Eagletronics about it only 2 times before I was satisfied; there was a dash that shoudn't be there.
100% "A' 1 sevice. I will deal with them again.
Friendly & good service.Thanks Guys.

"Excellent shopping experience.
I ordered an OEM version of Quicken Deluxe 2004 for a fraction of the cost of the boxed version. It installed without a problem, and the Quicken website recognized it as authentic. Their paperwork is good and delivery was timely.
Shipping charges are a bit high, but total costs are lower than competitors

"On June 16, 2004 I purchased the Corel Rave 2 from Eagletronics.com. The first disk that I received was Broken in several places and the label was coming off the disk. I emailed the company and they responded that they would send us a replacement disk. Yesterday (July 3rd) I received the replacement. The label on the disk says that it is Corel Rave 2 but the contnet on the disk is Mcafee Personal Firewall Plus. I have searched the disk and nowhere on this disk is the product that I have purchased. I am trully Dissattisfied with this company. I sent them an email stating that I want to get all my money including shipping cost back from them as I did not receive what I paid for. I will be sure to post further if I do not receive my money back. I definatly would not recommend this company to even my worst enemy!!!!!!!"
"I ordered partition magic from eagletronics at the beginning of March 2004.
I received Drive Image within a week. After telephoning and emailing eagletronics for two weeks, because I didn't want to pay shipping when they had sent me the wrong product, I spent the extra money to return the product, following the instructions on the eagletronics website to ensure Partition Magic got to me.
After another two or three weeks, Partition Magic had not arrived. I emailed eagletronics at least once a day for a week, maybe a week and a half, with no response. No response, that is, until I emailed threatening that I would reverse my bank charges.
Upon receipt of this threat, they suddenly replied, apologising and reassuring me they were sending out my product.
So far, it is the end of June and I still have not received my product. I have paid in full for the item, but eagletronics is not reposnding to my emails.
Added July 05: To reaffirm, I have received to date no products from Eagletronics and have not had the fortune to keep the incorrect one, which I returned at my cost.

The above email from me would seem to indicate that I did in fact get frustrated with eagletronics for not replying to my emails and tha teagltronics acknowledged this."
"Beware of this reseller. I confirmed with them prior to purchase that this was the commercial version, and the key had never been registered. I was sold pirated software. The disk looks copied. When I called the software company to find a reason why my serial number wouldn't work, I was told the key was for an "academic version" and it had been flagged for abuse because there had already been over 15 registrations of the same key.
Upon further investigation, I realized that they have no contact phone on their website, the phone number used to register the domain leads to an empty mailbox, and none of the "secure" logos on their site click to anywhere. BUYER BEWARE!!!
>
After reading the response from Eagletronics, I just want to say that they DID NOT at ANY POINT advise me that this was the academic version. I emailed ****@**** PRIOR to purchase to verify that this was - and I quote - the "registerable, commercial version and not the academic version" to which they replied - AGAIN I QUOTE - "Yes, this is the full licenced version."
I then emailed Eagletronics, and was able to get a "RMA number" at which point I sent back the product, specifically requesting a REFUND as they had CHANGED their website to add a disclaimer stating the serial number wouldn't be registerable "to keep costs down" They then sent me back two disks. I called Macromedia to verify that at least one was a legal, registerable license for the commercial version. They said that they were commercial versions but that the serial numbers were invalid. They were unable to tell me any more. I have since registered one of the serial numbers and will be returning the other disk to Eagletronics immediately.
I suppose you could say that three disks later I finally recieved what I purchased, albeit a probably illegal version. Eagletronics, what you are doing is WRONG - If you are purchasing serial numbers in bulk and then selling customers copied disks, you should STATE SO ON YOUR WEBSITE!!! If you are selling illegal disks either way, IT IS WRONG!!! Saying that your website would be shut down is idiotic. You've only had that website for less than 6 months. Your "Verisign" logos aren't clickable to verify you, and the only phone number I was able to find for you goes to an empty voice mail box.
I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN, BUYER BEWARE. YOU CAN STILL SAVE A FEW DOLLARS AND SHOP SOMEWHERE LEGAL!"
"I purchased Quickbooks Pro 2004 from www.eagletronics.com on May 4th and the order was delivered on May 10th.
The product does not work nor was delivered as advertised. I have tried to contact the merchant but I have had no luck in getting a hold of anyone or a refund.
Here are the details:
No mfg documents, manuals, or proof of authenticity was included. The software disk was packaged in a plain white envelope with a generic registration key glued to the envelope. When an attempt to use the software was made it was unusable product. The registration key was invalid and the software would not install due to lack of a proper registration key. Further inspection proved the product to be pirated software when compared to actual store bought software that is packaged by the original mfg. The software delivered by eagletronics.com had a Black & White printed on label on the disk; the store bought software had a color label.
Seven attempts over a week period were made contact eagletronics.com but they would not respond. There website lists only an email address for customer service so I was unable to contact them by phone; I was only able to send them email messages regarding my problem.
I have since disputed the charge on my credit card and sent back the pirated software to the address listed on the delivery envelope.
Also I have looked online for other comments about this merchant and many other people have had the exact same problems that I have (bad product, no service/refund).
Sincerely,
Tod Bloxham"
