"Ordered a pair of Shure SE215s. The company specificaly recomended it as best headphones for the iphone under $120. However the jack does not even fit my iphone4 with the bumper case. Their response, and I quote: "You can stretch the opening of the case where the earphone jack is, allowing the earphone plug to be fully inserted.

The Shure SE215 was designed for the iPhone 4. Certain cases may prevent the plug from going all the way in. If it's a soft rubber material such as the bumper case and others, it's really easy to stretch the hole of the case to fully insert the plug."

Basically they are saying yeah it works; you just have to go ahead and alter your case. I just don't see how you can strecth the hole without breaking it. I wrote a customer review on their web site. You won't see it there because they obviously screen their "customer" reviews

Finally, they refused to process a return on the phone. In addition they want to charge me a $15 restocking fee!, even though I bought specifically relying on their advice that it was "the best" headphone for the iphone in its price range. Should have bought from a more respnsible retailer like JR or Amazon."

"I bought Shure e5c earphones from this store. Initially, I didn't transfer enough funds into my checking account, so my debit card failed to authorize.

They emailed me asking me to check for any problems and then email them back when its ok to retry the card. I emailed them back after transferring funds, and then the rest of the transaction was seamless.

The package arrived within 2 days of shipping with no damage. It was even well packed- the shure box came surrounded by foam bits inside a square cardboard box.

"I bought a shure e3c and e4c for myself and for my wife. The price is decent (compared to other online stores) but what attacts me to buy is the price after coupon.

There was no problem when I used the coupon. They called me if I want my shure e3c to be delivered first before the e4c because they don't have it in stock. I replied to them that if there is no charge then I would gladly want my e3c delivered. Then they replied that the coupon is not valid and I have to order it without the coupon or cancel the order.

It is frustrating since I waited for the items to be delivered and not knowing that first they don't have the item in stock and second they will just simply say "Just so you know that coupon you entered is not valid so your total is:
E4c $198
E3c $122". Not even a sorry that they made a mistake (if ever they really made a mistake).

If you find a similar priced item with other online store, I would recommend buying from the other store. It will save you time waiting and hoping that you got a good deal on your order."
