"I ordered from this company when they were Ultragamut which is still a "live" website. The new site, EarthInkjet,com is nicer looking- the products are identical. The lack of any meaningful way to contact them remains. But here is what just worked - maybe -I signed up for their newsletter which they sent a confirmation of. I then sent a complaint/inquiry to that email which resulted in an automated request for the problem detail. I sent in a detailed problem request and received an automated response with a tracking #. I will post an update when I hear from them.
I had a lot of the known issues with them in the past ordering ink and not getting any directions. I lucked one Sunday afternoon and spoke to a human who sent me a link to a pdf on how to fill my cartridges. That worked but I have since lost the link and cannot fill any another cartridges. Very frustrating company. "

"An order for a Continuous Ink Supply System for my HP Officejet Pro 8600 Printer was placed on 10-21-2013. The website was very good, and the Customer Service Chat Box was helpful, even though they refused to provide installation instructions without placing an order. Ultimately I did place the order, and received an e-mail that the item was shipped the same day by USPS priority mail (2-day), and I was given a tracking number. After several attempts, I was able to get back to Customer Service to request the installation instructions. They sent me an e-mail referring to a non-existant link to the instructions. But after a second request, I ultimately did get a link to the instructions.
By day 3, the item had not been received. The USPS tracking website said Electronic Shipping Info was received on 10/22, but there was no confirmation that the item was actually received by USPS. Customer service said they would research the problem. After not getting a response, I got back to Custmer Sevice, after multiple attempts. Usually I got messages like:
"We apologize for keeping you waiting. Our operators are busy at the moment, please leave us a message with your email address and we'll get back to you shortly."
When I did get through to them, I was told:
"Your order was ready to be picked up by USPS today but their [sic] was a problem with our USPS pickup today. It will be either picked up or dropped off tomorrow. You will have it on Saturday or Monday the latest."
Monday came and went, but there was no notification that USPS ever received the item. I was repeatedly unable to get through to the Customer Service Chat Box, and I was unable to reach them by phone at either of their listed phone numbers. I sent an e-mail to Customer Service and received a (probably automated) response:
"Your request (#3161) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. To add additional comments, reply to this email."
They never responded to my e-mail, but the item was received by USPS the next day. It was delivered two days later. When received, black ink was spread all over. After cleaning the mess, the system was ultimately installed successfully."

"I purchased the Earthinkjet continuous supply system for my Epson Artisan 810. From the start, the instructions were wrong and the printer lid would not even close. After much searching, I found a youtube video that showed some modifications (ie. cutting the case and moving a magnet that indicates the lid is closed) The unit Earthinkjet system still causes an error message when the printer starts and locks up the printer.
I have emailed them three different support tickets and have neve gotten a reply. Additionally, they closed out my account. Something smells fishy."
"After many hours of research I placed an order via Earthinkjet.
I bought an ink refill kit for my Canon ip4700.
After speaking to a few friends they made me think I have fallen for a scam and made me very nervous, of which I done some research and found some website scomes up under a scam.
I thought I was duped and eventually made contact with Nick.
I think if any suggestions I would make to Earthinkjet is to include in an e-mail all relevant information regarding shipping times etc so as to avoid the customer (me) getting all panicky if hearing if could be a scam.
I am happy to say I have received my order in South Africa in 2 and a half weeks. The kit neat but the process of filling is a bit messy but I suppose that's how it is when you learn how to do it for the first time.
I am a bit of a perfectionist to fine detail.
Print quality is great.
