"Initially I thought "great deal!" But then after 3 weeks when the order still had not arrived, I sent them an inquiry and was told that the item could not be delivered (to a quite valid address). They showed me the tracking which indicated that the item could not be delivered because the address was incomplete. Clearly, they screwed up the label. While they refunded the purchase price, they did not refund the postage. Nor did they offer to try to resend the item to me or to offer up any reasoning with regard to why the item was undeliverable. I would never order through this company! That's just poor customer service.

And in reply to East Coast's comment - wrong! There is no dishonesty on my part! There was absolutely nothing wrong with the address I supplied (and you emailed back to me for verification). Look it up...a perfectly valid address. I contend that something went wrong on your end, such as your printer ink running out, or you obscured the address with a sticker, or something along those lines. If the error was with the USPS (which is certainly a possibility), you didn't even attempt to look into it and have it remedied. Nor did you offer to resend the item to me. And per the tracking, the item was returned to you on 12/7 but no attempt was made to even tell me of the problem. I finally contacted you on the 15th because I had not received my item, wherein you finally processed your partial refund.
