"I placed an order with this company as they seemed to be the best price. I was able to place my order no problem, but then they tell me the product is unavailable. These items were needed urgently, and though I thought I made the correct shipping arrangements, I apparently didn't. That should have been a manageable situation by itself. But the money that I needed for these products are now held because of processing. If they made it clear, like many distributors on the web that the product wasn't available, I would not have wasted my time going through what I needed to go through to purchase these items from them. It would be very helpful to update the inventory, as some people, especially those with limited resources, don't have the means to have their money they set aside to be held due to processing. And think about it, if someone is at this website, trying to find the best possible deal, and I mean saving a few dollars here and there, what kind of hold on their funds do you think is appropriate for them? Next time just don't process the money if you don't have the item, OR make it clear that you don't have the item. "
