"Pro: They had a big selection of the kind of battery I was looking for. They shipped it quickly, and it was exactly what I needed. I also ordered some generic CR2032 batteries, and they sent me a pretty good brand.
Con: The certificate on their website expired, so browsers show it as insecure. This gave me pause ordering from there. How hard is it to renew your certificate?
Also, their website shows that my order is still in process even though they shipped it right away, and I've already gotten it."

"I ordered this battery in July thru Amazon. What I received was not what I ordered. I ordered a Bushnell Pro 1M GPS battery. What I received was a Energizer 3v CR123A lithium battery loose in the shipping envelope. No paperwork, no packaging. It seemed to take a charge the 1st time but when I tried again this week - nothing. I'm guessing what I got was what someone else returned as defective. Totally worthless! I had to put my old battery back in."

"I wanted only one battery replacement, but you sent two. The first and only one I have used is completely up to the task, has brought the old phone into the light out of the darkness that covered it day and night, truly a great battery set for the price! It is so easy to change the battery as well, save money on not having to purchase a new phone, something that people do out of desperation. If you are looking for the means to keep your old remote-use-of-phone to keep going, do yourself the favor of purchasing one of these, and please tell the East Coast Photo people I recommended it. I ordered the battery below on Walmart.com website mailed out from East Coast Photo on 1/31/2017.
I tried multiple times using this battery and each time once it reached around 45% charge left it would immediately go to zero charge and turn off phone. Plus there was scratches on the face of battery indicating this was probably a refurbished item - not new as ordered. Thus defective.
I placed my old battery back in and that battery holds a charge all the way to zero - thus not a phone problem.
I emailed 2 request that they send a replacement (that works) and left 2 voicemails - NO RESPONSE.
Lousy customer service and selling defective products!"
"I bought some batteries from East Coast. One of them wouldn't recharge. They couldn't have been more accommodating. They trusted me that the battery was defective and sent me replacements (yes, plural) at no charge. It was so great, dealing with a company that stands behind its products and is so customer-focused in its service. "
"East Coast Photo is a crap shoot.
If they correctly fill your order, they are great. If they send you the wrong item, customer service will claim that they sent the correct item and then ask for your model number and then swear that they do not sell products for that model number.
I've ordered twice. I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN.
The first time they accurately filled the order for 3 items in a package deal: an AC to USB adapter, a USB cable for an iPhone 5c and a DC to USB adapter (to use in a car).
In my second order I requested the same AC adapter and cable (but not the DC adapter). East Coast Photo sent two adapters (one AC and one DC) and no cable. I asked them to let me return the DC adapter and for them to send the USB cable that worked with the AC adapter .
East Coast Photo (an individual identified only as Raizy from "Customer Service") denied that any mistake had been made in their shipment. When I repeated my request,
Raizy asked for the model number of my iPhone 5c. I gave Raizy the model number and Raizy promptly declared that they did not sell any items for that model number... end of discussion.
So unless you have time and money to waste or enjoy being insulted by Raizy of "Customer Service", I recommend that you avoid dealing with East Coast Photo.

Items came in 3 business days as promised. Everything is brand new and worked well with my cameras.

"Warning! I have not received battery for camera. Sent e-mail after calling their # without being able to talk to anyone, leave a message that's all you get. I just got an e-mail, automated, from eastcoastphoto representative. Closed for Holiday/Vacation, will reopen, listen to this, October 20th at 9 a.m.!
Readdress! The next day received e-mail from a different agent. Had phone # that was different than on eastcoastphoto.com site. Was able to talk to agent. She was very helpful. They are not closed. Was sent automated vacation e-mail by mistake. I received battery. It was charged and ready. If it lasts, I will buy more from East Coast Photo.

"I have had terrible experiences with East Coast Photo phone batteries. The battery worked fine for about 5 weeks then it quickly lost the ability to hold a charge. I got a replacement battery from ECP but had to pay the shipping. The second battery did the same thing. Wouldn't hold a charge at all after 5 weeks. This time ECP said they wouldn't be able to do anything about it, no replacement, no money back, nothing. Horrible customer service. Horrible batteries. Watch out for these batteries."
"BEWARE, the seller's description of items is misleading. The 500 Series Roomba parts do not fit a 595 model! The return policy says to call within 7 days of receiving (I received the package yesterday) but, they would not work with me on the return of the parts that are still in the new condition I received them. They don't fit my model so, I couldn't use them if I wanted to use them. The receptionist would not put me through to Customer Service. Finally, after multiple holds, I left her my phone number and asked that they call me in the next two hours or I will contact my credit card company and have them reverse the payment. They can deal with them. These people are extremely rude and uncooperative. "
