It is important to note that the 5 day RMA window is very narrow and was my only fear in ordering from East Coast. They did offer/push a white glove service upgrade (at a reasonable price), based on a three week delivery with the standard shipping. Overall, I am very pleased with East Coast TV, and will consider using them again for future TV purchases. I personally feel the website should more correctly reflect the shipping time frame for standard shipping. "

I was monitoring eastcosttvs prices for several month and they always offered best price on TV I was looking for. So I was a little bit nervous if I will get product and service I would expect. Well, I do not regret a bit. I placed the order and next day sales rep confirmed details of the order and asked me about delivery. Originally I selected free delivery. But man, I am glad that I changed it to white glove after talking with sales rep.
64" plasma tv in the box weighs more than 100lb. So to get it to the 3rd floor you need two man. Delivery company called me next day and gave me 2 hours window not a 16 hours FEDEX . They were right on time. To summarize I AM HAPPY WITH TRANSACTION."
