"Loved the idea of getting the 75" Samsung for 1919.00, but was a bit
surprised when I ended up paying 2400+ just to have the frame say
"SAMSUNG". I am not sure why that was not included in the "SAMSUNG TV
Advertisement for 1919.00" Then When I paid for express shipping that
was not as speedy as II was told, I still waited the 3 weeks for the
delivery, so that was and extra 200+ White Glove Service to speed up
the time by a week. But when it got here they just
dropped the TV off, no installation. Then the add said it was to came
with a TV wall mount for free, but I was told on the phone that the
wall mount was not good and that it would be replaced by an HDMI cord,
that I never received. But then after all the faded excitement of
thinking of buying it for 1919, I find the EXACT TV at the exchange for
$1795.00, I have the receipt for it. So that added a bit of salt to the
wound. But At the time I was thinking of
getting a SAMSUNG faced TV with a wall mount for 1919.00 I was very
happy,
but in the end I was disappointed, BUT, Never the less I feel
you are a good company to buy from, but I do request that you publish
what actually you are selling and what ever is published,(prices,
models, accessories, and delivery) you should give. You adds and
special should be clearly stated BEFORE and
order is processed. In my case the add should have read " 75inch led TV
from Samsung WITHOUT the nameplate on the frame, 200 extra for name
plated frame" And if its a requirement then don't offer the TV at 1919.
With that being said I would pass the word that you
are a decent place to consider to buy a TV from. I would buy from your
company again. You do have a lot of great deals. But again sell what
our are initially advertizing to the public and not use it as a hook to "up sell",
(upgrades, bells, and whistles) and charge after you got them in. Your
store can sell at the prices you intend to sell at.

Your TV is mounted proudly in the Living room and dose bring a smile to
my face.. Thank you.

I left the two men that were opening the TV to go get them a tip for their efforts. While I was gone (1 minute) they stole my iPod. I just didn't realize it until the next day. It was there 2 hours before they arrived because I was playing it. Gone the next day less than 20 hrs. No one else was in my house.
