"I purchased a high quality Mirage BBQ Grill from these guys. Pricing was so far below anyone else’s that I was in disbelief, thinking that it was a bait and switch or that they would make it up with excessive shipping and handling charges.

I am happy to say that neither of these were the case. All in pricing was in fact great. A customer service person called me soon after my order to confirm details, and yes, they ask if I wanted to buy a product protection plan. But they were not at all pushy and we finalized all details and the call quickly. Although they understandably use a third party for delivery service, my grill arrived on time and in good shape.
