However, they spent nearly two weeks hanging around before they did send my items, during which time they informed me on two separate occasions that certain items I had ordered were not in stock...despite the fact that they claimed they were in stock when I actually ordered them. The clothes were perfectly fine though, especially considering the price. It's a shame their customer services aren't as good as their products."

The perception I had before about online shopping has really changed after my experience with eastclothes.com. The payment was easy, and it took but a few minutes for the receipt to be sent to my email. It took rouhgly 2 days for my order to be processed and shipped, for free at that, since eastclothes.com offers free shipping for order above USD 99. That was a really big plus for me, and was the decisive aspect of eastclothes.com that made me choose this shopping portal. The package arrived safely to my house five days after it was shipped, and approximately 7 days after I made the payment. I did not have high expectation for the quality of the clothings I bought as they were so cheap, but boy was I wrong! The cardigans and jacket were very, very warm! So were the sweaters! The shoes were also of high quality. They looked exactly like the ones showcased on the site. I had to order another pair in fact for a friend who were gushing at how cute and fine they were.
