I have gotten quite a few things recently from other small companies and the turn around was really extended by no more than a few days. Either way I was notified of the situation and given prompt shipping information. Heck, even if something was not in stock I have been told that they would not accept money until otherwise. As my money has been paid I just have to wait I guess."

"Placed an order a week ago and still a processing status. No contact from seller and I live in the same city and cannot do a local pickup. For a company who displays testimonials of their fast shipping this is ridiculous. Their facebook slogan says fast cheap shipping. This is not fast and I don't see how $9.99 to ship something 20 miles that weighs .25 lbs is cheap.
If there is such a big delay, there should be a notice on the checkout page or front page of site that there is a considerably reasonable delay in processing orders.
*Update #1: 10 days still says processing with no update from seller. I had requested the item be shipped or to refund me my money and I get no response.
**Update #2: Now two full business weeks from order date. I requested a refund if my item was not going to ship on the 15th and I have had no contact from Eastex at all with regards to my order. Looks like I'm going to have to contact my bank to resolve the issue."
