Terrible Customer Service

"Ordered a grinder the web site said they were out of stock after a month they run a 20% sale on the same grinder and overnight shipping
I called customer service and said I wanted the discount, I was told no that the discount was only for new customers
I said I wanted to cancel my order I was told I cannot because that my order was "in Process"

I said I will refuse the order They hung up on me

"Ordered an item from them in November as a Christmas present. After waiting 2 weeks I contacted to ask where it was. You could not speak to a live person but an email said I had to sign up for an account to see where my item was. After doing that I saw that they cancelled the order. I wrote to ask why the order was cancelled and I received 2 emails from different people. One said there was evident of fraudulent activity which made no sense to me. The other said they didn't have the item to sell. Whatever the reason, I would not buy from this place, not sure they are even reputable."
