"Wow, what a great experience! I was concerned because I had forgotten to get my Visa for Australia and only had a week before I flew. I sent a panicked email asking if I could get it in time and they responded to me right away with a very informative email confirming my Visa would be processed right away. All I had to do was fill out a short form on the website and pay the fee, which by the way was the cheapest I found and, voila the Visa was processed . Additionally, their Visa's are good for one year which is awesome because I go to Australia several times a year. I give this company 5 stars and recommend them to anyone. "First of all, I made the mistake of trying to apply via the Australian Government's site for their free of charge visa service, wasting the best part of an hour, in the process.

The attempt was unsuccessful because their system persisted in auto-allocating second citizen details for Great Britain (when, as a born and bred Brit, they clearly were not needed) and then not allowing me to proceed because they shouldn't have been entered!

To add insult to injury, it would not allow them to be erased and my oft-repeated further attempts (from the beginning, each time) produced the identical failure!
