"never received my order!!!

emailed customer service once so far. 5 days still no response back from them. sad customer service. sent another email asking to cancel the order if it hasn't shipped.

if its lost fine..but i want my money back. and i wont be ordering from them again. "

"They shipped an "In Stock" universal power supply twelve (12) days after my purchase date. It didn't arrive 12 days after the order. It left their facility 12 days after the order! That is way too slow. I could have ordered from another vendor for maybe $1 or $2 more and had the thing in less than a week. A lot of places had similar prices. They were just the lowest."
