My order came out super super well! I was really impressed. They were just photos taken on a Galaxy S5 phone, too - nothing fancy. The print quality was great, they arrived really fast, and they look fabulous on my wall. They have the little saw mounting brackets, too. Some people might complain that the wrap is not as deep as on some, but if you want it deeper, you can order the deeper ones. The image bleed onto the sides of the canvas looks great too. And again, really impressed by the print quality - no pixellation, great color, they just look fabulous."

One looked terrific, and one, which was a gift for the next day, was so clearly crooked that I had to wonder if anyone actually looked at it before putting it in the box. "Ordered a canvas prints, it came quickly and well packed. Even our first impression was positive as it was cool seeing our vacation photo presented like that. The trouble started when I turned it over. There are lines printed on the canvas edges that I can only assume are to help line up with the frame before stapling it. It looked as though the assembler was trying to see how crooked it could get. Even the wall hanger was nailed very very crooked (probably lined up with their printed guidelines but those were way off compared to the frame.
First contact was via email that evening as to how we could get it corrected. With no answer after 3 business days, I tried the email again and called. After 30 minutes on hold, I couldn't wait any longer.
Today I get an email from their customer service and I was let down to see it was generically asking me to write a review. So here you go. Now, please email me back about my issue. "
