"I ordered 7 canvases from easycanvasprints.com and I have to say that the process couldn't have been easier! I was able to navigate their website easily, rotate and crop my photos as desired, and edit my order to complete satisfaction. When I received my shipment confirmation and the order looked funky I contacted customer service right away about my concern. To my surprise, someone got back to me right away and assured me that the funky views were with their system and my canvases wouldn't show up like that! He was right! Everything arrived in mint condition with high quality materials, and the shipment was packed so that the canvases would be well protected. I would recommend easycanvasprints.com without hesitation for all of your canvas printing needs. The only thing I would suggest, and maybe I just didn't see a feature like this on their website, would be to have the option to create a collage of photos on the same canvas. "I ordered a 16x20 canvas and used an iphone6 picture for the image. When I was going through the process of uploading the image, it told me that the picture was "Good Quality" with a green check mark next to it (at least that's how I remember it... something like that! :)) Everything looked great on the final page, and I ordered my print. I received an email soon after telling me that the image quality was poor and my image might look fuzzy or grainy due to the size of the canvas. I was able to work with someone in the Art Department who corrected my canvas, sent back a proof, and we went back and forth a couple times, but I was told that the image "looked good" on their end and I approved the image. However, when I received my canvas in the mail, the image does look grainy/fuzzy up close and I probably wouldn't have used that picture if I could see the end product. Also, while I was in the process of ordering the canvas, the price kept changing on me... When I started, canvases were 80% off, but when I got to checkout, it was only about 60% off. When I refreshed the page, it was a completely different sale. I worked with customer service who immediately gave me the 80% off price- no questions asked.

I gave this order 3 stars for the quality, but I have to say that this is the only time I've been somewhat unhappy with my product. When the canvas is up on the wall and I step back, it looks fine. The customer service here is AMAZING, you can't beat their deals, and I still will not order canvases from anywhere else!!"
