"I am so happy with Easycanvasprints! I have used this service several times already within the past few years after hearing about it from a friend. The prints always look amazing when I've uploaded my pictures to their server. This time however, I received the final product and my mouth just dropped. It was very pixelated and blurry. I immediately called the number to find out what needed to be done. The representative was very nice and explained to me that I could have it reprinted again. At that moment, I realized what I had mistakenly done. The picture was on my phone originally and I just emailed it to my desktop thinking I could do it when I had more time. The problem was, the photo loses its pixels in the process of being sent in an email...hence the pixelation and blurriness on my canvas. Once I told the representative what had happened, she mentioned their mobile website. I again went through the process and once I had uploaded the picture, she immediately noticed the difference. She stated that all I needed to do was pay for shipping and I would receive it again a few days later. Once it arrived, I compared it to the first one and was floored! HUGE DIFFERENCE! Lesson learned: Always upload pictures taken with a cell phone directly to their server. I am so glad they are easy to work with and just a thrill to give to friends and family on special occasions!

"As always, easycanvasprints.com delivered a great framed canvas print at the best price I could find.

That said, we create our own high-resolution artwork for our canvas prints and the automated online ordering system doesn't accommodate large file uploads well so that requires extra effort to upload the artwork separately and involve customer support in the order. Would be nice to see this improved in the future.

However, the end result continues to be excellent and we keep coming back for more!"
