"My ONLY issue was two canvas prints were packaged face to face (with no paper in between them), so on the lighter picture, there is a LITTLE dark color on two of the corners. Other than that, they look VERY true to the original picture, so I was very pleased!!

"Didn't like how dark the picture came out, but we selected the picture, so that's our fault. But it also showed up with a large crease running along the length of the top portion of the frame. Don't know whether it was a bad framing job or a bad packing job, but we regret spending our money on this. "

"Ordered an 24 x 18 canvas. Four major creases across the image, and 5 minor creases. Was either the end of a roll of material, or maybe a miss feed in the print process. In either case, or for some other reason, it was more than noticeable and should have been noticed by a quality control review, if there was one in place. Not a very good printing. Didn't pay too much. But, was hoping for a better job. Have contacted Easy Canvas. No word yet.

As a follow-up. EasyCanvas replaced the bad printing and it looks wonderful.
Don't care who the company is mistakes happen. EasyCanvas was polite and interested in correcting the problem. The photo was replaced without trouble. Great job!!! We are happy campers!!! Thanks a lot EasyCanvas."
