"I am a resident volunteer at a senior retirement community.
It came to my attention that many of us retirees cherish our memories and families in prints.

I ordered a few for my own children, who appreciated them much.
The price of the canvas print is, in my opinion, very reasonable for the quality
and the joys that these brought to my family.

I started making it a habit of giving the canvas prints to my friends for their grand/children
and for themselves to enjoy.
They all love them very much.

I had once wrote an incorrect shipping address for an order, which I realized soon after.
I called the 800 number, doubting if an answering machine may exist.
To my pleasant surprise, I was greeted by a real person at its Austin location, and
the address correction was promised without any further effort. on my part.
Sure enough, when I reviewed my order status at the UPS website, the corrected
shipping address showed up. It seems to have a logistics part well thought out.

"Never before having turned my photos into canvas prints, I compared the various online companies as best I could, on the basis of price, design software, and reviews. I'm pleased to have settled in the end on Easy Canvas Prints. Two different members of the "customer love team" were friendly and helpful in answering my initial questions, and sent me PDFs to check before proceeding with my orders. I could not have asked for higher quality of the finished 24x36 prints, with 1 1/2 inch wrap. I did not order hardware for hanging, preferring to tend to that myself. I asked for normal shipping; the packages (one print per package) arrived undamaged and sooner than promised. The one glitch I can report concerns marketing. Like other companies, this one jacks up prices and then offers deep discounts. I used a coupon, readily available online, for 80 percent off. No sooner did I submit my first order than I received an email with a coupon for 70 percent off on my next order. Obviously, I didn't use it, instead used another 80-percent-off coupon. "I ordered 4 photos from you, the first was 2 of the same pictures on 2/1/ 2016, when I got them the cursor that makes the pictures bigger was embossed on the bottom of the photo, I don't understand why your company could not catch that and take if off the photo, you must have equipment that can fix it or a quality control person that can see that this image should not be on the photo. The second patch of photos I purchased on 2/8/2016 the quality of the ink is not good , it is already fading and the picture was not secured to the frame very well, it looks like a bad Christmas gift wrapping.
