Only concern was the packaging of the finished printed canvas images allowed them to shift and move around inside the larger cardboard box. One box I received of two fairly large stitched canvas prints was opened and it appeared the tape holding the shipping box had broken or was cut. Fortunately, the prints looked to be fine. However, this could cause damage to the product."

"My first order of two canvases was misdelivered by UPS. I had waited a couple of days past the date that UPS said it had been delivered in hopes that it would turn up. It did not. I was pretty upset. I called Easycanvasprints.com to inform them of the issue, and to see what my options were. They calmly walked me through a few questions to make sure they had the correct shipping address, and to review the UPS delivery status. When they realized that the delivery must have been dropped off at the wrong address, Easycanvasprints.com immediately said they would resolve the issue with UPS directly, and offered to reprint and ship out my order again at no charge.
