"I ordered a photo of an old cars headlight and bumper and when I received it it looked so blown up it was mostly just the headlight. (Which is not how it looked when I submitted the photo)

I called customer service to see my options and he immedietely told me that the size I chose was too wide for the pvoto!! Now how would I known that when ordering it? Could it have been flagged before I hit purchase? Part of the bumper on the photo was wrapped on the side of the canvas so it looks very weird and can’t use it as a gift.

I was told I could reprint but after all the fees it’s only $5 cheaper than what I spent on the original one.

I now have an expensive canvas I can’t do anything with.....

"I ordered 2 canvas prints. Received package and packing slip said 2 were included in box but it only actually contained one print. I emailed and was told they had shipped separately and should receive the other one the next day. After two days, still have not received additional print. The response in the email said to call and they will reprint my second canvas. So I will call and have it reprinted. Quality of the one I received is a good quality print. "

When you put them right up to your face, they are a little pixely, but when you pull them, not even arms-length away, they look perfectly clear. "I ordered multiple canvases in a larger size. I used my wedding photos which are definite high-quality photos and the products came back blurry and very pixelated. I wish if if they thought that the image wasn't sufficient it would have gave me a warning before I spent my money. It gave me no sort of warning that the picture would be diluted and like I said it's a very high quality photo so it shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. Guess I should have known for the prices."
