One canvas I really loved; the other, though, not so much. I think however, this was likely due more to the quality of my picture and the large size I chose. I called customer service and was pleasantly surprised to immediately get a real live friendly gentleman named Dylan on the phone. I told him about the problem, sent him a picture of it, and he graciously offered a generous refund for the one I wasn't happy with.
