One of the other 3(whose canvas was of great quality), had the mounting wrong by 90 degrees relative to the loaded picture. This was not a big deal for me since I didn't intend to use them anyway."

"I reached out to a customer service representative about an issue with an order. There was a glitch in the ordering system on the website which charged me incorrectly. I specifically chose the expedited shipping option which would ensure two-day shipping, which i paid much extra for. When I received a confirmation email there was not an itemized list of the amount of purchase and the package did not arrive until five days after it was guarenteed. After writing an email to customer service I was told that there was some sort of glitch in the system that after I selected my shipping option the website reset itself back to the free shipping option. The representative did not offer me any sort of compensation for the inconvenience but instead insisted I made a mistake, which I am positive I did not. One, because I know which option I chose and two, the rep even said the website must have reset it. It was quite confusing. It has been eight days since I reached out for answers and I still have not received a response. It's just a shame because I very much enjoy this company's products but I will not be ordering from here anymore. I am very disappointed at how this was handled. Clearly there's a few departments that need attention. "
