I found their ordering, uploading of my images, editing and payment options to be quick and easy.

Now.....
Fast forward a few days when my order was shown by USPS as having been delivered to my front door.
This was a false claim on the part of USPS (and I have video surveillance clearly showing no such delivery ever happening).
I reported the false delivery to USPS, they assigned me a case number and said they'd be in touch within 3 business days......BUT in the event that they didn't contact me I was to call back, etc. etc.
This gesture did nothing to alleviate my frustration and dissatisfaction with the false delivery claim.

I then called Easy Canvas to tell them what had happened.
They were very apologetic and even though the error was not theirs they were more than willing to fix the problem.
This alone made me want to want to do business with them again, even though I had never seen their work.

Well, late today my 'delivered' package actually arrived.
I promptly notified Easy Canvas that USPS had just delivered my "delivered" package.
They were thrilled that I received my order and even thanked me for calling them to let them know it came.
*Personally, I don't think either one of us ever expected to hear anything back from USPS.

Long story short....they did right by me, went over and above to fix a problem they didn't create and sent me two beautiful canvas prints that are Christmas gifts for my family.

I WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN.
