Answer to my comaint was Ishould not have chosen to substitute flowers.

Substitution policy
"EASYFLOWERS® goes to great lengths to ensure that what you see is what the recipient gets. There are times however when this is impossible due to various factors including local availability, seasonal variations and local laws (with regard to alcohol). Rather than reducing our product range down to the lowest common denominator we utilise an equitable substitution policy.

If an item is unavailable we will substitute it with another item of similar design, colour, quality and price.

For example, if a type of flower is out of season we will substitute it with a similar flower with regard to appearance, colour and price".

Vibrant Mandy arrangement chosen and white and pale pink flowers substituted with mainly lilies that were already open. Not impressed. This is my 3rd and last time using Easyflowers!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

"the flower I got looks nothing like the picture on their website, the box quality not only looks cheap also has a dent, was supposed to a surprise for my girlfriend now she just shock by how bad it is. not worth the price at all, there's even spiderwebs on it, the leaves also damaged.
they offered $20 gift voucher,or $10 refund for almost $100 rubbish but like I'm gonna buy it from them again, 100% satisfied guarantee they said on their website, but so far nothing satisfied. they refuse to take responsibility for it. They said the looks fine and don't respond to the fact there are spiderwebs on. they have return and refund policy which now they saying because is alive so they can't take it back, which all are their products also on the website said they will take it back.

BEWARE OF EASYFLOWERS.COM.AU

"My first cousin passed away in another state and we we're unable to attend the funeral. So me and my two sisters chipped in and paid for EasyFlowers to organise a bunch of flowers for his grieving mother. We paid $185 which seemed enough for what we would expect be a reasonable sized bunch.

A week later when checking in with relatives about the funeral, we we're horrified to hear that the flowers we had sent we're so small that you could "get a better box of flowers from Coles for $40". Two independent relatives confirmed this. We we're incr edibly embarrassed. All our relatives had seen this. It seemed that we just didn't care and only spent $15 each.

We could only assume that Easy flowers had made a mistake. So we called them. We wanted them to check to see if something had gone wrong and if they could send a new bunch to the family.

Easy Flowers got back to us refusing to do anything about it. They said that a 7 day complaints period had elapsed. They didn't even have the decency to call us and explain they just sent a web form email.

Now I am not one to normally complain. But now knowing that they will do nothing to help I feel ripper off. We even took it to their management who shrugged us off. It seems they just don't care and have no business sense.

So we have had no choice but to pay $185 all over again with another florist. This time we used http://www.alyssiums.com in Adelaide. The report from our Aunt was the flowers were amazing, big fresh, beautiful and included a vase. Thank you Alyssiums :)

My advise is stay away from EasyFlowers.
