"I called their customer service & was dropped 4 times & when I asked for a supervisor waited 20 minutes 2x without answer. Two of the reps seemed OK, but never solved the problem. The another 2 said they would send an email with my tickets that never arrived & the 2 asked for supervisors just said 'no' & just gave me attitude when I told them I was waiting on an email that didn't arrive."
"I purchased tickets through EZ Seats to go to a Nascar race in Dover Delaware on 5/5/19 . Prices were as advertised the fees were insane but still paid for them, then the race gets postponed due to rain for the next day and we were unable to attend the new race date so I emailed EZ Seats to attempt to get a refund for my unused tickets and they said since I didn’t buy the extra insurance on the tickets they couldn’t refund my $284. I had a similar thing happen to me with Ticketmaster in 2016 and I had my refund back in 72 hours without insurance. So make sure if you decide to use this service buy the insurance at an extra $7+ Dollars per ticket just to make sure you don’t get beat for your hard earned money, if I was able to get my refund then I would recommend this service but I’m sorry I can’t now"

Additionally, once we found out, we were not familiar with the location and had much difficulty finding it, in spite of your verbal instructions. Furthermore, we thought we were told that we had to make the pick two hours PRIOR to the event. When we finally found the location --- our tickets were not available and would not be for an hour!!! (Your agent intelligently somewhat solved the problem, but we were still delayed.) Unfortunately for you, (if indeed you really care), we will never deal with your firm again!) "

The delay in in emailing the tickets did cause me to call, and I understand that your systems are not sufficiently advanced for automatic shipping; it requires individuals to do this. (Note: I ordered my tickets after hours.) The customer service representative explained this to me and I did receive the email with the tickets exactly when she said I would."
