"Price was great. (Changing from 2 stars to 1 stars based on company's reply.) Pick up instructions in email were incorrect causing me to drive 40 minutes each way out of my way. The game started at 7 so to get from my office in rush hour and return home to pick up my son took 40 minutes each way. Had the company provided the correct location, the entire trip would have been unnecessary as we could have parked and walked to get the tickets. The reply that it was 1.5 miles out of the way is very misleading as it does not take into account the time of day, traffic locations, no direct route, and changes in planning that required me to leave work early to go to a location that was locked and closed. Compaly clearly does not care about its customers' time. Very frustrating experience overall. Would have considered using for future purchases but based on the misleading statements in response to my review will never use again and suggest others avoid at all costs."
