"THEY SENT US THE WRONG TICKETS, WHICH I PAID FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY, WHEN THEY DISCOVERED THIER ERROR THEY TOLD ME EITHER I DRIVE TO THIER OFFICE TO GET THE RIGHT TICKETS, OR I COULD CANCEL AND GET A REFUND (WHICH WASN'T GOING TO HAPPEN) I FEEL THEY SHOULD HAVE DROVE THE RIGHT TICKETS TO MY HOUSE, OR AT THE VERY LEAST REFUND THE $20 IT COST ME TO SHIP THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE SINCE I HAD TO DRIVE TO PLAINVILLE TO GET THE RIGHT ONES.....NOT HAPPY"
