"We have ordered tickets from Easy Seats before and have been very happy. The tickets we purchased this time were located in one of their boxes. Our seats were in the second row in the box and due to the same there was a big impairment to viewing the show. The people in the front row had a great view while I stood up the entire time to see. I wouldn't order seats in the box area again. "

"Whenever I am looking for college basketball tickets ( specifically UConn ), I come to EasySeat Tickets. The prices are competitive and the tickets are always shipped promptly. Had a great time at the game on 2/4/15. Will be going back on 3/5/15 using tickets also from EasySeat."

"I picked up the tickets on game day and your instructions are not very clear. It say that they must be picked up 2 hours before game time. I interpreted that I had to pick them up 2 hour before the 7 pm game so that would make it before 5 PM. It should read within two hours before start of event. I went at 3:15 and there was no one in the office - notice as to when there would be anyone. I waited for 15 minutes and just as I was ready to leave someone showed up and I was able get my tickets. Please review your verbiage because he said that I'm not the only one that read it that way.
Part 2 bought tickets to another game - went with two hours of the start of the game - was told the tickets weren't there yet but that the currier was only minutes away - it ended up 15 minutes. I mentioned to the gentleman that the price of the tickets showed up $1 higher in the checkout than they did where you select them (not counting handling fees) He said he would check it and I would be hearing as to what happened by email the next day - still haven't gotten a reason. "

"Tickets were overpriced and seats weren't that great - too high up. There were many open seats that were located much lower. Was especially upset when I loked for additional tickets for this event and saw there were tickets for sale at 75% less than what I paid! When I purchased ny tickets there was no tickets available for less than $16. I paid over $30 for tickets that were $15 face value and when I looked for tickets after I purchased they were $8 each! I feel ripped off. "
