The FTC should have anti-fraud laws against vendors like these guys. What an unprofessional joke.

My advice, do a Google search and go with pretty much ANY one of the other online vendors.

1-day turnaround is a complete lie, and they know it.
They don't answer the phone, and if you leave a message they don't return the call.
When you do get someone on the phone they come across as an angry spoiled child living in their parents basement at 30 years old. Very weird.

Most importantly, the quality of their "Premium" vinyl is complete crap. I have seen better quality on the shelves at Walmart.

I've learned that if I press "0" during their prompt to leave a voice mail, you can choose 1, 2, 3, or 4 and it will start ringing again. Doing this multiple times during the day is the only way I was able to reach a person.

Survey asks if I'd do business again - NO. However, the lowest choice is "Not at all likely."

Survey asks about shipping speed - Non-existent is the choice I need."
